Electronic registry

Basic information for communication with National Registers Authority by means of an electronic registry.

The electronic registry of National Registers Authority only accept data reports provided with a guaranteed electronic signature based on a qualified certificate issued by an authorized provider or certification services sent accordingly with the government regulation No. 495/2004 Coll.

For other communication, the contacts stated on the websites of Basic Registry Administration can be used. Any queries related to the electronic registry can be sent to the following e-mail address: szr@szrcr_cz, or to the correspondence address of the authority.

List of legal enactments by which legal acts towards Basic Registry Administration can be effected in electronic form:

  • Act No. 106/1999 Coll., on free access to information,
  • Act No. 500/2004 Coll., Administrative Procedure.

Confirmation rules of data reports delivery

To verify the correctness of submission, a confirmation of delivery and receipt of a data report will be sent, as long as the electronic address of the sender can be read from the received data report.

Technical parameters and procedure if harmful software is detected

Data reports are accepted in the following formats: html, pdf, doc, xls and rtf or other formats compatible with MS Office 2000 and higher. If a data report exceeds 5 pages of printed text, it has to be sent in a form of an attachment to the original text. A data report in which harmful software is detected shall not be processed. If the electronic address of the sender can be read in a received data report, a notice of detection of harmful software will be sent to such address.
